A Little about Us  

TLU Rescue was formed in May of 2009 by a family who unconditionally loves animals. We are a small rescue, helping mostly small breed dogs find their forever homes. Occasionally we will help a large breed dog, however at this time we are not setup for large breeds. When we rescue a dog, it is brought into our home where it becomes a part of our family and is loved unconditionally. We immediately provide vet care through Findlay Animal Hospital where the dog will be brought up to date on shots, heartworm tested 
and spayed/neutered. Then the most rewarding part of rescue begins: the nurturing necessary to put light back into these babies’ eyes and to help them learn to trust humans again. No words can describe the incredible feeling it is to watch these dogs take baby steps towards becoming whole again. We know what it feels like to adopt a dog, but do you know the feeling when a dog adopts you…Unconditional Love!
